How to read this estimate. Figures are shown per design; each participating institution submits a minimum of 5 designs per shuttle. The turnkey service fee covers ASIC implementation for a design occupying up to 2 tiles – fabrication & packaging is billed separately at ₹15,000 per tile, with a minimum of 1 tile per design. The Tapeout Only track is fabrication-only: ₹20,000 per tile plus one Design Signoff Review (₹20,000) auto-added for every 3 tiles, with no service fee. Designs larger than 2 tiles, mentorship-track support, and volume engagements are confirmed in your detailed quotation.
